Coming Attractions:
We are planning a release of our Limited Edition Meritage Reserve in the Fall of 2008. This blend of 2005
Cab Sauv and Chambourcin is the epitome of deep red wine elegance. Call or email us to reserve yours. Only
16 cases made.
Sweet wine lovers who have had a sneak peek at the 2007 Semi-Sweet Traminette are lining up for this
release in July.
Another rising star for July release is the 2007 Barbera, a light, dry Italian-style red that explodes in your nose
and mouth full of fruit and citrus flavors. Early tasters rank this high on their list of things to drink this summer.
Since we are rapidly selling out our remaining stocks of 2005 Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin we are limiting
sales to 6 bottles of each variety per visit. This will give more customers a chance to obtain a few bottles of these
world class reds before they are gone. The good news is that we plan to release our 2006 Cab Franc and
Chambourcin this summer to replace the unforgettable 2005's.
Over the horizon: The Wolf Gap 2007 Chambourcin is aging in oak barrels and promise to be the best
chambourcin yet. Stay Tuned for 2009 release.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon vines were planted in 2006 and should produce a small crop in 2008. Plan on waiting
until 2011 for the best Cab Sauv the Valley has to offer. This will be a rare treat that you will want to treasure for
a special occasion. Limited quantities will make it even more special.
2005 Riesling. This light, fruity, German-style wine brings a delightful crisp taste to your table. Serve with
German food, chicken or fish. Also great as a before dinner appetizer or picnic beverage. Released Apr 2008.
